Kappa Pi Beta Environmental Club The Kappa Pi Beta Environmental Club is a club at Rockmart High School, started by Keep Polk Beautiful in 2006 as a way to involve high school students in our mission. Under the direction of teacher sponsor, Mrs. Shea Floyd, they have evolved into a dynamic group of teenagers that are active in litter prevention, recycling, and beautificaton efforts of their own! They have planted numerous trees for Arbor Day, cleaned the Silver Comet Trail, painted over graffiti, stenciled storm drains, and even worked with environmental scientists on field trips!
